ORDER RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY TERMS

The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 3 calendar days. The product must not have been used, the brand name must not be missing and must be in its original excellent condition.

RETURN PROCESS

You have the right to return a product you have purchased from our online store, only if the product has not been used and its labels have not been removed and to request a refund of the price you have paid. In this case, the cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, who can choose any courier company he wishes (EXCEPT ELTA POST OFFICE). The refund process is launched as soon as we receive the product and as long as it is in excellent condition and completed within 15 working days. Once completed by us we will notify you via email.

In case of any defect, replacement is made only if we are informed on the day of receipt. No replacement is possible beyond this time period. In this case, the defective product is replaced with a new one and you will not be charged any additional charges.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellation only in case the order has not been sent from our store for delivery to your place. In case the products are still with us, you can cancel your order by informing us by text message at [email protected] and we will cancel it on your behalf immediately returning the amount you have already paid.
