This distillate condenses the character of this particular Greek variety. Glowing on the face and nose, complex earthy aromas such as dried leaves, sun-dried tomatoes and sweet spices such as cloves and black pepper. Spicy and greasy in the mouth, with predominant aromas of nutmeg, clove and licorice.
