LOUIS ROEDERER CRISTAL BRUT 2012

Bright yellow color with light amber shades. A beautiful mousse with nice laces of permanent and regular bubbles. Nose intense and thin. Revealing a clean and well-mixed mixture of flavors of honey, cocoa, lightly toasted hazelnuts, candied citrus fruits… without freshness, but luxurious simplicity! On the palate a delicious burst of ripe fruit, revealing red fruit, white chocolate, caramel and Danish pastry, characteristic of Cristal.
