FONSECA PORTO TAWNY

Fonseca Tawny is a Port that is left to mature for three years in small oak barrels in the house’s cellars at Vila Nova de Gaia in Porto. As the Tawny ports age, their color weakens as sediments settle in the barrels and thus acquire a light brown hue. On the nose the predominant aromas are those of apricot and plum with notes of caramel, spices and nuts.
