Excellent quality raw materials, such as double distilled tsipouro in copper ambyka from the varieties Moschato Hamburg, Moschofilero, Agiorgitiko and Roditi, extraction with peels from two different varieties of organically grown oranges, all of which are good in cinnamon recipe. The result is extremely balanced, with the orange peels giving freshness, sweet hints of spices, with the machete in the foreground and the absence of excessive sweetness.
