Cenote tequila is classified in the Ultra Premium category. Produced in the Lowlands of Jalisco in a small privately owned but very modern distillery with 100% control of the production process. Master Distiller with 10 years of experience in brandy spirits, managed to make a tequila with a very balanced taste profile. The very short aging of Blanco for 3 weeks in American Oak barrels gives an even more intense character with notes of wood All bottles are handmade.
