BAILEY’S IRISH CREAM

Baileys was the first liqueur to successfully combine cream and alcohol. The cream and whiskey are homogenized to form an emulsion, with the aid of an emulsifier containing vegetable oil. This process prevents the whiskey and cream from separating.
